Returns & Exchanges

At Berner Kühl, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
